During our second Reiki session, Dakota began releasing: leg movements, deep yawns, and loud digestive sounds as his solar plexus relaxed.

Afterwards…the bucking and rolling allowed him to continue releasing any stagnant energy.

Reiki acts as a healing boost to support him on his recovery journey 🐎✨

✨ Day 9 – Object Anchoring

Today’s grounding practice is simple. Find a small object around you, hold it gently in your hand, and let your awareness settle on its details.

Notice its temperature… its texture… its weight… the little markings or curves that make it unique.

Let your mind soften into the sensation of touch, like you’re letting the world slow down for a moment. Take some deep cleansing breaths.

This practice pulls your energy back into your body and quiets the noise. A tiny ritual that reminds you: grounding doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be felt.

You can do it on your lunch break, while your stuck in traffic, or outside in nature. Whenever and wherever you can!

Step outside, into your garden, forest or anywhere quiet.

✨️ What do you see?
✨️ What do you smell?
✨️ What do you hear?
✨️ How do you feel?

Take some slow deep belly breaths and enjoy being fully present in the moment.

This is a simple practice that can be done anywhere, anytime.
