Hi everyone! Just a little reminder that Mirjam’s kitchen will be closed this week🌼 I’m awaiting family from Sweden and I want to make the most out of their visit here💛 starting with semlas tomorrow afternoon when they arrive, I can’t wait.
I’ll be back baking again next Monday the 23rd. Until then, I will be sharing some great Mid-term break recipes on my website😊

Happy Valentine’s Day💕 I’m heading out with my last delivery for this week. It’s filled with Treatboxes, brownie cakes, semlas and sourdough bread💝 Thank you to everyone who have ordered from me, hope you all enjoy the treats😊 I’ll be taking a little break next week, will be back baking again from Monday 23/03.

Spring is in the air! 🌱 The hens have started laying again after a very long break🙏🏻 I’ve spent the afternoon outside playing the water balloon game with Yushin. The rhubarb is starting to grow and I can see daffodils in the fields across the road. I don’t have to zip up my coat and the evening sun is showing its beautiful face through the clouds. And everything feels a little lighter💚

The weather for the weekend looks kind of promising. I hope you’ll get to enjoy it

🩷Treatbox including 2 meringue hearts, 2 brownie cake slices and 5 shortbread biscuits €20

🩷Brownie cake with mascarpone cream and strawberries €20

🩷Special Valentine’s lemon Swiss roll with creamy mascarpone filling, raspberries, mini meringues and whit chocolate €18

1st of February💚 St. Brigid’s day and the first day of spring. And you could really feel the spring approaching today. Blue skies and sun that warms your cheeks.
We spent the afternoon walking through one of our favourite woods.
After almost a whole month of only rainy days, it was so nice to finally get to spend several hours outdoors. So lovely yet tiring for some.. Hoping for a lot more days these☀️
