Coral Care provides community-based respite services, Working alongside theHSE, that enable children with disabilities to participate in everyday activities, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences in their local communities.

The role includes

• Supporting children on outings such as clubs, swimming and outdoor activities
• Promoting inclusion, confidence and enjoyment
• Making a meaningful difference in the community

About you
• Experience working with children with disabilities
• SNA, Support Worker or HCA background (QQI Level 5 preferred)
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better care company than Coral Care Services for my daughter, Hannah. From the very beginning, they have been professional, reliable, supportive, and genuinely kind.

My daughter receives 24-hour care due to serious illness and life-limiting conditions, and I feel completely at ease knowing she is safe and well cared for at all times.

The staff don’t just meet her complex and high medical needs — they truly care about her as a person. They support her emotionally and psychologically, encourage her, and help her feel confident, valued, and included. They take the time to encourage her to have fun, enjoy life, and make the most of every day.

They also support her with all her day-to-day activities while encouraging her to make plans so she always has something to look forward to. Nothing ever feels rushed or forced, it is always about what’s best for her and what she wants to do. They help her plan things, try new experiences, and feel proud of herself. With their support, she has just booked her 25th birthday party for next month, which means the world to us.

As a parent, the peace of mind this gives me is priceless. Knowing my daughter is cared for with such respect, warmth, and dedication means everything to our family. I am truly grateful for the care and support they provide, and I hope they continue to be part of Hannah’s life for many years to come
