Each time alarm goes off connect to your body and notice:

🫁 The way you are breathing (slow,fast, deep,shallow, regular?

🙃 How is your jaw feeling? Any soreness, clicking, restriction

👾 How is you posture? Is your chest open? Are your arms raised? Is your head forward or back?
