Join Joan for a revitalizing Pilates session in the beautiful setting of O’Brien’s Lodge, Cashel as part of this year’s Cashel Arts Festival.

Joan is a qualified Registered Nurse and Pilates instructor - mat and reformer pilates. She has been practising Pilates
for over 15 years and has completed other training in bone health and pregnancy for pilates.

Joan is looking forward to offering you a class that focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and mind-body connection.
