Meet Megan, Care Supervisor at Atlantic Care Mayo. Since joining in October 2025, Megan has been focused on supporting both clients and caregivers — helping make sure everyone feels heard, valued, and looked after.

Pay Rates:
Band 1 – €15.00/hr
For caregivers with less than 1 year of paid experience.

Band 2 – €15.25/hr
For caregivers with 1 year of paid experience.

Band 3 – €15.55/hr
For caregivers with 2+ years of experience who demonstrate strong reliability and commitment.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us at the Education and Training Expo in ATU Castlebar last Wednesday, 21st January.

It was great to meet so many students and members of the local community, and to have the chance to talk about the caregiver roles available, career progression opportunities, and the QQI training we provide here at Atlantic Care.

We really appreciate the interest, the questions, and the conversations. It’s always encouraging to meet people who are passionate about care and making a difference in their communities.
