Why I stopped making progress 🚨
I didn’t have any structure… with my training or nutrition! 📉
Going back to my early training days, I would just rock up, bang out some sets of whatever I was in the mood for and I definitely didn’t optimise my nutrition 🫠
Thankfully that’s all changed 😅
To this day, it’s the most common issue I see when onboarding new clients, a lack of structure with both training & nutrition ❌
Training frequency could be as high as x5 per week but not making any progress!
Typically, an attempt has been made at boosting protein intake and a supplement has been purchased but they still aren’t seeing results!
They are trying but unfortunately it’s not quite going how they want. A pretty sh*tty place to be but, as a coach, an easy one to fix 🔑
Turning up to the gym and just doing a bit of everything isn’t going to cut it and neither is just having a couple of protein shakes and low fat yogurts🙅🏻♂️
