➡Change 1-3 Habits: Replace 1-3 habits which aren’t serving you with those which are.
E.g. going for a walk at lunch instead of feeling sorry for yourself in the queue for chips.🚶♀
➡Focus on Fitter Food, your body is a temple, so wear the crown babe.👑
Replace one of your meals or snacks, or add in the one you’ve been skipping with one of our Complete meals, ie. a Smoothie, smoothie bowl, bar, or soup.🍲🥞☕ Ask me more.
