Amid the shimmer and bustle of the festive season, I’ll be holding a gentle sanctuary, a quiet pause, and a moment to return home to yourself with ease. ❤️

We begin with ceremonial cacao, calming the mind and opening the heart.
Held in candlelight and warmth, you’ll then be guided into restorative stillness, supported by healing sound vibrations that soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.

A peaceful exhale at the end of the busy workweek.
A soft transition into the festive holidays.
A place to reconnect, unwind, and nourish yourself fully.
A gift for your own body and mind before Christmas begins.

A beautiful 7-week journey of self-caring goodness 🥰

Enjoy a blissful blend of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga in a soulful, nurturing space.

A carefully created class of gentle flowing postures to release and ease any tension held in the body and mind. Allow yourself to fully relax and unwind in each present moment with guided meditations, grounding breath-work, yummy Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and rest, and on occasion a sprinkle of sound therapy to calm and nourish both body and mind, as we move gently toward the Christmas season 🎄💫

My heart is filled to the brim and beyond with gratitude 🙏❤️

It was so wonderful to be back on the mat with everybody last night for our first Autumn Self-Care Yoga class 🥰🧘🏼‍♀️ amidst the nourishment of nature 🧡🍁🤗

The energy was beautiful. Bodies and minds ready to gently unwind, to release, and to begin letting go, like the leaves falling softly from their branches. 🍂

We breathed, we released, we laughed, we flowed… and then we melted into stillness, resting restoratively in the glow of candlelight and the residue of the recent magical Harvest moon 🌝🕯️✨️

I’m so looking forward to welcoming my Wednesday and Thursday evening students this week, too, and to seeing what will unfold for us all on our self-care yoga journey this autumn season.

..and just like that, we are fully booked 🙏✨️ and my heart is, as always, full to the brim and beyond ❤️

I am truly grateful for each and every one of you who flows with me on the mat each week at the beautiful . 🌿🌻

For many magical moons now, has been growing, glowing, and grounding us together — and I thank the Universe every single day for this gift. ✨

Thank you to all who have been in touch, please stay connected, as there will be more wholesomeness to unfold, including our Monthly Women’s Self-Care Circles .circle beginning again in Autumn, and future seasonal terms of Self-Care Yoga are always on the horizon.
