Often, in our busy lives, we don’t give attention to our three wisdom teachers.These 3 elements are mind, body & spirit. They connect us to our inner wisdom & strength.
If you don’t have a practice that includes all three, then you must be feeling completely and utterly out of balance. I feel for you.
I know how it is, as that’s exactly how I was up until age 45. Then my world came crumbling down. Spirit said, “Hey Grá - Hello, I am here, you don’t see me, you don’t hear me, you don’t acknowledge me, you don’t tend to me. After all these years, I have to stop you now in your tracks so you can regroup, reset, and recover” and I was brought on a journey that led me to yoga.
