This four-week program is an opportunity to explore this breathwork at your own pace — supporting your body to unwind, release, and reconnect, through listening internally.

Each week we’ll journey through the themes of Grounding, Self-Compassion, Release, and Integration, combining Somatic Experiencing with guided breathwork to restore balance and ease.

The soul can also be considered a vessel for growth and discovery , with one’s own wisdom and experience. Self-care practices allow one build a relationship with one’s unique body signals nurturing a renewed self-care practice with intuitive capacity and connection .

What is a Somatic Experiencing Session?
A Somatic Experiencing (SE) session is a gentle, body-based approach to releasing stress and supporting the nervous system.
Rather than focusing only on talking about past experiences, SE invites you to notice the sensations, feelings, and impulses that naturally arise in your body. As your guide, you’ll explore these sensations at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
This can help the body complete stress and trauma responses that may have become “stuck,” restoring a greater sense of calm, resilience, and balance.
Length: Sessions usually last 60 minutes.
Format: One-to-one, in person or online.
Focus: Supporting regulation of the nervous system, releasing tension, and building resources for resilience.
Experience required: None — SE is suitable whether or not you have tried body-based practices before.
You don’t need to share your whole story for SE to be effective. The process works gently with the body, allowing healing to unfold step by step. Contact me to make a booking ❣️

This is an active breathing meditation in which we consciously activate the Breath to order to work through aspects of ourselves that are difficult to reach, aspects of ourselves which are holding us back from living, truly, honestly and fully. It can unblock stuck parts or ourselves that allow us to see with more clarity and awareness.

The foundation of this BW is self- love which not only allows us do the best we can for ourselves, but how this also connects to our relationships with others. Self love may seem cliche or self indulging but unless we can feel this connection to ourselves we cannot fully authentically love outside of ourselves.
