🌿 Baby Massage Classes at the Model Village 🌿

New 6 week block begins on Friday 13th March

Nurture the bond between you and your little one in our cozy baby massage sessions led by Midwife Kellie from Nurture and Embrace.

Each week, the class will explore gentle massage techniques and wellbeing themes including topics like nutrition, wellbeing, and building your support network.

Enjoy some tea, chat, and connection with other parents in a relaxed, supportive space.

🗓️ Classes take place:
Every Friday | 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Suitable for babies (pre-crawling)

March Course- only one space left.

There has been some interest for a February course, so do message me and if there is enough interest I'll run one in Feb ☺️

There is also interest for 1:1- this is usually 4x 2.5 hour sessions in your home if nearby/ Clonakilty/ online via Zoom.

Another option is an 'Essentials Course' - which is 1:1 for 4 hours in person or online 🥰

Due in 2026?
My next course is in Sunday January 11th.

We will cover all things from where to park your car, when to leave the house, how to pack a hospital bag, how to prepare your mind and body for birth, learning the important skill of relaxation, breathing techniques, the physiology of birth/ how the body uses clever hormones to power birth, how to change a baby, optimal positioning for pregnancy and birth.. and so much more.
