Cork Walking Month starts tomorrow, 1st May, and Siúlóid@CCRC in association with Clonakilty Wellness Month will host a Foraging Walk on Thursday 19th May, 2022.

Meeting at the Clonakilty Community Resource Centre at 11am, the walk will visit local parks to learn about foraging, its benefits and identify edible plants.

The walk will finish at the Clonakilty Branch of National Learning Network at Faxbridge at 12.30pm.

Also, a Foraging Workshop will take place at the National Learning Network office at Faxbridge from 1 - 2pm with practical demonstrations on how you can make and use items from plants you gather in your locality.
