Last remaining spaces in our beginner Physio Led Pilates Class and our Physio Led Male Only Fitness Class.

Some points to note:
Beginner level pilates is perfect for those returning from injury or those wanting to start into pilates but at an easy level.

Our Male Only Fitness Class is a relatively new class. We felt that men over the age of 50 have very little options to choose from when it comes to getting into some exercise. The class is a great way to start doing some basic weight and cardio training in a safe and controlled environment.

A little seasonal reminder for all of us!

As the evenings get darker and the temperature drops, it's the perfect time to think about a few small, proactive steps to stay well through the winter. Here are two key things that come to our attention every year:

1. Keep Moving, Don't Start from Scratch in Spring! 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Every March and April, we see a spike in injuries from people who dive back into gardening and outdoor activities after a sedentary winter. The common cause? Our bodies have deconditioned.

The Solution: Consider joining a class to stay motivated—Yoga, Pilates, circuit training, or Zumba are all great options. Signing up and committing is half the battle!

2. Support Your Body with Vitamin D ☀️

With our precious sunshine in short supply, it's not uncommon to feel increased fatigue or low mood. This is where Vitamin D comes in.

Why it Matters: Supplementing with Vitamin D can help combat that seasonal slump. Crucially, it also plays a vital role in supporting our immune system, helping to decrease our chances of picking up those common winter colds and flus.

A little preparation now can make a big difference to your winter wellness. Stay active and stay well!

Don't sit around waiting for that to happen...
