At this time of year, nature invites us into a deeper kind of listening: one that rises not from the mind, but from the soul. When we sit with the elements in silence, something ancient awakens:
The flowing water softens our thinking.
The wind clears the space around us.
The earth opens our inner landscape.
A single flame can become a doorway to the wisdom we have forgotten.

These simple moments of stillness bring us back to our true nature. They remind us that guidance is never far away.

As we move through Winter, I encourage you to visit one element and sit with it quietly and ask: What are you trying to tell me now?

Trust what rises. Your spirit always knows the way home.

One of the greatest teachings I’ve shared over the last 26 years is this: your imagination is not a small human tool; it is a spiritual force.
Every ancient tradition teaches that creation begins in the unseen realms. Nothing that exists in the physical world began here. It was first imagined, dreamed, or shaped in the invisible landscape of Spirit.

We often forget that we are seeds of Source, carrying within us the same creative spark that gave birth to stars, oceans, and forests. When you work with your imagination consciously, you begin to sculpt a life that is aligned with your true nature.

You have the power to shape the world you live in from the inside out.

Remember: the seeds you feed grow. Nurture the visions that bring light to your body, your home, and your community. Your imagination is sacred.

Hold a warm cup of tea in your hands and whisper a word of kindness into it. Your words carry vibration. Your thoughts carry energy. Every blessing you speak becomes part of the web of life.

This may seem like a simple ritual, but it’s a powerful way to weave light into the ordinary moments of your day. In silence, breathe gently, and let your heart fill the water with warmth and compassion. As you sip, imagine that same energy flowing through you, restoring, softening, and blessing every cell.

We change the world not only through great actions, but through quiet acts of love repeated every day. ☕✨

Where does one go when
the world’s gone mad…
when everyone’s offended
if you don’t agree with them
and anger permeates the
air we breathe?

What does one do to try and
stay in right relationship
with self, other and planet,
with constantly changing
language, mores' and customs
that dictate which group
is currently in vogue and
which hovers on the rim?

How does one stay true to
personal beliefs that were
hard fought wins as we
struggled to shake off the
Chains of Patriarchy so we
might speak and walk our
truth without being called all
manner of derogatory adjectives?

We’ve lost the idea of the Circle,
that place held as Sacred and Holy
Ground, where All were welcomed
and differences put aside and/or
worked out in a way that allowed
for the idea of both/and, such that
both the self (however one defined
themselves) and the tribe thrived.

On a quest for meaning and purpose,
I am a circle with no beginning and
no end as I traverse the Cosmos of
lifetime after lifetime after lifetime,
always bringing forward ancient jewels
from earlier knowings as I seek the
gnosis that lives in this now.
