Autumn Women’s Healthy eating and weight loss group started this morning and is fully subscribed to! This is a nice time of the year for something like this as we are back to a routine and ready for a healthier lifestyle after the summer season, the mornings and evenings are still bright too which makes a big difference in terms of motivation and exercise. So, due to demand, I am running another group at the end of this month, to fit 10 weeks in before Christmas! Now open for bookings!
