In somatic yoga, you don’t hold postures, it is all lying down! It is pure relaxation, ease & release. Very easy, accessible & open to all, but still strengthening with a gentle stretch. If you can get up & down off the floor- you can do this class.

Yoga Nidra is more than a guided relaxation. It’s a deep reset.

Not only will you be super chilled, but somatic yoga is very healing, both emotionally & physically. What a way to start the week.

Sauna at 4pm, Class 5.15pm till 6.15pm. Sona Sauna Ventry, Class in Ventry Halla. Sundays in July.
