Galway city - thanks for the breakaway, you were amazing, and what a city!!! A huge thanks to PTSB and Galway Chamber for having me as a keynote speaker at their big business event last night - it was an incredible experience!! I still have to pinch myself everyday that I'm Ireland's youngest motivational speaker!!!

A trip down memory lane!! This day last year l picked out the dress I'd wear to be Colin Farrell's keynote speaker at his Foundation's inaugural gala in Chicago!! It's not every day you feel like a true Princess!!!

If you want to see pure resilience, total determination and a 'delta force' attitude, then take a look at this 14-second clip of my incredible brother Neil who put on his gear during last week's huge storm and did a 6km walk in it!!!! Dad and l found it so tough and were crying like babies, but 'Special Forces' Neil just stayed determined and got the job done!! He never let's his intellectual disability hold him back!! And people wonder why l never make excuses about anything when l see determination like this first hand!!! Well done Neil, you're my hero!!!!

What an incredible time l had trick or treating with my amazing brother John last night!! Everyone was so kind to him and we ended up with 4 huge shopping bags of treats!!! 🤣 John went as Super Mario, and l was his protecter 'Rocky Balboa'!!! We were actually out and about for almost 3 hours, chatting to so many kind people!!! And the best part of all - John is sharing his treats with Neil and l, yippee!!!!! 😁 Hope you all had a great Halloween!!!

Ok everyone, get your countdown clocks ready to go because in 10 days time l have a HUGE CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCEMENT to make!!! Rumours of my advocacy retirement are badly misplaced!!! So the big questions are - why did l spend this morning in Cork with my great friends at Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland and what does it have to do with a big surprise I'm going to drop on the Government really soon!!!??? All will be revealed in 10 days time!!! Big thanks to CEO Nuala, David, Jessica and all the AADI team for having me today - we can't wait to share our news really soon!!!!

What an incredible morning I had yesterday as a keynote speaker at a huge event in Dublin for the Ombudsman for Children's Office as they seek to get the Government to incorporate the United Nations Convention for the Rights of Children into Irish law!! I was also so grateful to the Ombudsman Dr. Niall Muldoon for privately meeting me so that I could update him on the €20million of Government funding that I recently achieved, the securing of big legal rights for Assessments of Needs, and to let him know of a HUGE surprise that I have coming soon for the Government!!! I want the Ireland of the future to be way better than what we are today, so that's why these events are so important!! And the location of the event was one of the most amazing that I've ever spoken at, the IMMA - Irish Museum of Modern Art!! Finally a massive thanks to all of the Ombudsman's staff who treated me fantastically with loads of tasty goodies - thank you all so much!!!

Happy 13th birthday to the best brother in the whole world!!! Neil is my absolute hero as he navigates his intellectual disability every day of his life without complaint!! You are the absolute reason that l do everything l do, so thank you for being you!!

There are 3 certainties in life - death, taxes and me having Neil's back!!! Happy birthday buddy!!!

Delighted to be live in studio in Limerick city this morning to be on Live 95 radio to discuss the recent launch at Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone of their transformational new course for adults with intellectual disabilities!!! We need to see serious funding put into this so TUS can expand these courses, so I'll be bringing that to the Government's table very soon!!

And what an achievement for me as a Tipperary woman that l didn't once mention our big senior hurling All-Ireland win when live on radio in the heart of Limerick!!! 🤣

And then the gale force wind blew me into Penneys and literally forced me to buy a little haul!! It really is tough to be 15!!! 😁

Now l must head home and get ready for Athletics training later, and then get an early night for a big day in Dublin tomorrow as I'm a keynote speaker for a huge event that's being ran by the Ombudsman for Children, that seeks to get the Government to finally implement the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child into law in Ireland!! Enjoy your afternoon everyone!!!

It's exactly one year since l first met Colin Farrell and what a year it's been!! He's really given me the confidence to pursue the Government in such a positive but assertive way for my national campaign to help children with disabilities, and he's genuinely a nice guy (and total hunk!!!).

Colin taking me to Chicago last December to be the sole keynote speaker of his Foundation's Gala was an experience that now has me as Ireland's youngest motivational speaker for corporate events, so I'll always be eternally grateful to him for that!! But the 4th photo of this album always cracks me up - just take a look at the faces of the two girls in the taxi!!! - it never gets old!!!! 🤣😂
