The wonderful Miriam Hussey spoke on Ease in an Always-On World during the festive feast this afternoon at the Aviva.

Miriam brings a rare mix of real-world knowledge and real-life empathy and is someone who understands that most leaders aren’t “too busy”. They’re just carrying too much.

This session was a reminder that ease isn’t laziness. It’s a leadership skill.

Harmony and balance don’t happen by accident. They’re designed.

Professor Dr. Robert Kelly had the Aviva doing something rare during his session, "Small Resolutions, Big Results."

A full room. Eyes closed. One breath. One grateful moment.

“Think of one memory in the last two years that you’re really grateful for… and when you open your eyes, give a big smile and say, ‘Thank you.’”

Then he brought it back to the point.

Most people don’t check their heart until something scares them into it.

He wants us to take the small steps first.
Health is not a “someday” plan. It’s small habits, repeated.
Even in December. Especially in December.
