A NEW SPACE
Im thrilled to announce that I'I now be holding space for Rahanni Healing & Sound Healing,Friday 14th November at 7.30pm & Sunday 14th December at 11am , at the beautiful THIS IS YOGA STUDIO(behind Dunnes Stores)
Rahanni Healing is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing practice that helps release blockages, restore balance, and bring clarity peace, and empowerment into your life.It is such a deeply relaxing, gentle & peaceful healing which helps you feel more Joy & Positivity.
Sound Healing/ Sound Baths use soothing vibrations from instruments like Quartz Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, shamanic drumming, tuning forks, tingsha bells & other instruments to relax the mind, release tension, and help you reconnect with your inner calm.
As the soothing sound waves enter every cell in your body they help to facilitate a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, help vou sleep better, balance your energy centres (chakras) & improve your overall well-being, helping to relieve pain & so much more
Whether vou're drawn to eneray work or the magic of sound, this is your space to relax, heal, and realign.
