As 2025 comes to a close, I’m feeling deeply grateful for an amazing year.

I've done loads of cycling & completed my longest cycle to date 150km
I've found my love for weight training again
I've taken time for me through reflexology, restorative yoga , sound baths , sauna treats & sea dips

I've participated in several yoga workshops and classes locally and discovered new yoga teachers and teachings.

All this has been deeply nourishing and empowering.
