Finally had time to put it together and had availability to share with you!
💌updating you on all things life, holiday, birthday and business

So great to start the year with a break away in Rome, but it definately still takes time to get back into routine so I also share some of that too.

✨️Thanks to all who have booked treatments so far this year wow it has been so great to see so many of you and help you through aches and pains, daily stress and tension or stressful life events❤️ I continue to learn and be in owe of how massage & reflexology can impact people in profound ways 🙏
