Yesterday was all about glutes and delts — and damn it was a hard one. This workout made me remember why I train and coach women.
We’re here to lift heavy, move with purpose, and BUILD a body that radiates strength, confidence, and POWER.

Glutes:
🟣 Bulgarian Split Squats (3x10) — Balance, strength, single leg focus.
🟣 Hack Squat (2x15) - Drive through the glutes. Focus on depth and speed.
🟣 Hip Thrusts (3x12) — Big weight. Full lockout. (Not videoed)
🟣 Cable Kickbacks (3x12) — Squeeze every rep like you mean it.

Delts:
🟣 Cable Lateral Raises (3x15) — Sculpted shoulders incoming.
🟣 Superset: Dumbbell Lateral Raises ➡️Face Pulls (3x10-12 each) - Finisher for the shoulders

Hello everyone,

I am officially starting up a Boxercise class in Glanmire and will be holding a trial class in the Community Hall on Saturday 28th at 10am.

As a trial class I’m offering half-price on Saturday (€5 per person). Classes are usually 45 minutes long. All fitness levels are welcome!

I am so excited to expand this class to Glanmire after two years of working in Watergrasshill, and can’t wait to start sharing my fun, exciting class with you all!
