Life-changing healing can happen anywhere — in my clinic, in a queue at Aldi, waiting at a bus stop, sitting beside someone on the beach… even in the quiet moments of helping someone at the end of their life find peace.

✨ Spirituality isn’t just journaling, crystals, or full moon rituals.
