With the theme of rose, we will be spending the day in full presence, appreciation and connection. Why rose? Not only for its beauty, divine smell and all the wellbeing benefits. After a vibrant and active summer, rose would be a perfect plant to call us back to our inner self, to remember to nurture and be present and compassionate to ourselves and our creativity…

🌹This nurturing creative gathering at Artisana Shop & Studio will fill your cup with joy and beauty through creativity and nature’s medicine, where your intuition, authenticity and sensitivity are contained and celebrated

What is involved:

🌹Tea Ritual: Tea ceremony to invite you to the space in a mindful way. It’s a moment to slow down and reconnect to ourselves and to the healing power of nature.

🌹Creative expression: We will explore the realm of imagination, creativity and playfulness, as we express our inner world using a rose mandala to open up our senses, creative flow and joyful spirit with mix media.

🌿Fill is a journey of emptying our cups of any worries and judgments and fill our cups with joy, authenticity and calm.

Materials are all inclusive, no experience needed. By holding a supportive and safe space , only limited spaces available with each gathering.

🌹This month’s creative circle, we are focusing on the theme of being present with Roses. Rose is the flower of June, it is also used for consumption as tea for thousands of years with many health and wellbeing benefits.

🌹We will also focus on roses for creative flow, to open our heart and be mindful with its beauty and delicacy.
We will be creating our own rose mandala using multi media.

Happy Tea day! If you’re curious about the tea ceremony, do try it for yourself! At Fill, we combine the tea ceremony with creative flow, it is an experience of mindfulness, creative wellbeing and connection🌿

There are so many ways I love doing these tea and creativity circles, but one of the main ones is how they reminds myself to nurture my own wellbeing and to connect with something bigger than myself by doing really simple practices.

It was mentioned in the last gathering that all our little thoughts and actions matter, they do ripple out to those around us. There’s a Zen Buddhism saying ‘Small drips of water can go through a stone’, to remind us never to underestimate our small action and intentions, especially when they are the little joys and wonders of life.

☀️Too hot for tea? Think again! Do you know that some teas have cooling properties that help us reduce heat? In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it is referred to as internal excess heat that may cause certain inflammation in the body. Tea is a great way of balancing out this internal heat and also could help to hydrate and nourish your body.
