✨Happy new year to all! New year, new start (must confess it’s rather challenging to start when you’re in hibernation mode, it’s still very frosty in Ireland🫣🤭)

🍵Gonna start nice and slow…a slow and mindful hand-stitching session with delicious tea ritual! My first workshop back after a long tea tour traveling around China (some highlights to share later)!🥰

Tea ceremony to invite you to the space in a mindful way. It’s a moment to slow down and reconnect to ourselves and to the healing power of tea plants.

🪡Creative expression:
We will express our creativity using our senses, through mindful embroidery and slow hand- stitching.

✨Fill is a journey of emptying our cups and letting go, while filling our cups with a sense of calm, beauty and simple joy!

With the theme of rose, we will be spending the day in full presence, appreciation and connection. Why rose? Not only for its beauty, divine smell and all the wellbeing benefits. After a vibrant and active summer, rose would be a perfect plant to call us back to our inner self, to remember to nurture and be present and compassionate to ourselves and our creativity…

🌹This month’s creative circle, we are focusing on the theme of being present with Roses. Rose is the flower of June, it is also used for consumption as tea for thousands of years with many health and wellbeing benefits.

🌹We will also focus on roses for creative flow, to open our heart and be mindful with its beauty and delicacy.
We will be creating our own rose mandala using multi media.

There are so many ways I love doing these tea and creativity circles, but one of the main ones is how they reminds myself to nurture my own wellbeing and to connect with something bigger than myself by doing really simple practices.

It was mentioned in the last gathering that all our little thoughts and actions matter, they do ripple out to those around us. There’s a Zen Buddhism saying ‘Small drips of water can go through a stone’, to remind us never to underestimate our small action and intentions, especially when they are the little joys and wonders of life.
