Recipe of Almond Milk Shake
Ingredients: 10 Almonds, 2 Glass of milk, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1-2 Cardamom, pinch of saffron,
Boil the almonds in a pan for 5 minutes. Remove and drain it.
Peel the skin of the almonds and grind in a blender with sugar to a smooth paste. Keep aside for some time.
Now heat milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and bring it to a boil.
Remove milk from the heat and allow to cool.
Add crushed cardamom, almond-sugar paste and ice-cream in it and stir well.
Add saffron while serve.
Almond Milk Shake is ready.

Almond milk shake is a delicious and healthy drink and it gives energy and good for brain and skin.

Recipe of Vegetable Pasta
1. Steam 2 Cup green vegetable finely sliced.
2. Boil 1 Cup Pasta in a pan.
3. Heat a pan then put some butter in pan.
4. Pour pasta in pan and mix steamed vegetable in it.
5. Add some salt and spices according to taste.
6. Cook for few minutes.

Pears are very useful for health because of rich in fiber. Pears lower the risk of breast cancer. Pears keep your cholesterol level down. Pear is hypo-allergic fruit and those who have allergy with food can eat pears. An antioxidant called Quercetin found in the skin of pears.
