🍁AUTUMN RETREAT 🍁 Pause. Rest. Relax.
As the seasons change and the pace of life slows down I am delighted to be hosting a beautiful Autumn Retreat in Rosscarbery this October. It is so important that we get the chance to slow down, relax and create some space to reconnect with ourselves during this wonderful season. We will have the opportunity  to do this  through gentle restorative yoga, mindfulness and self care practices that you can interweave into your daily life. We will have a break with lovely tea and homemade scones and if any one wishes to extend the day you also have the option of staying on for lunch.
Really looking forward to sharing this Autumn experience with you. 💕🍁
