Spooky times at Chair Yoga this morning
Join us any Wednesday 9.30-10.45am
Only €5 ...as subsided by the club.
Or Thursdays 12-1.15pm at The active retired Crosshaven.
We warm up with mindful Somatics, we lift light weights for strength and bone density. We do Standing postures with an emphasis on Balance (can be done seated), we dance for fun (Chair dancing also an option) and a bit of cardio and we finish with a bodyscan for relaxation and short Meditation
