As the autumn and winter months bring increased demands - from the busyness of the season to lower energy levels - it’s especially valuable to have tools that help you pause, restore, and reconnect.
Through a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you’ll explore what works best for you. Each class will have its own theme, with time for reflection, questions, and warm conversation over a cup of tea.
