Meet Lucy 💚 we can’t wait for her to begin her Vinyasa Flow Mixed Level classes on Thursday. Come say hi! 👋🏼

Get to know a little about Lucy below -

“I didn’t always understand yoga, or why people were so devoted to it. Over recent years, though, it has become a tool I rely on every day something that supports me both on and off the mat. I really believe you don’t realise how powerful yoga is until you need it, and that there is truly yoga for everyone.

My classes are movement led and rooted in the traditions of yoga, inspired by the Ashtanga Primary Series. I love creating space for stillness, meditation, and occasional chanting. This year I’m excited to also focus on yoga for women’s health, something I’m passionate about.
For me, it’s all about learning how to steady yourself, keep it simple and come back to the breath and that’s what I love sharing with others :)”

Anxiety can show up in many ways- from a quiet background tension to moments of overwhelm.

This 6-week Yoga for Anxiety course offers a gentle, body-based approach to working with anxiety through breath, simple movement, and mindfulness. The focus is on supporting the nervous system and developing tools you can return to in everyday life.

The course is open to all levels and is guided by Blanca, who combines her background in psychology with many years of experience in mindfulness and yoga.

This is a calm, supportive space to move slowly, feel more grounded, and explore what works for you.

We start Tuesday 27th January ✨
