Hello everyone, trust you're all well. Over the last few weeks especially after the recent Mind Body Experience exhibition in Dublin I've been asked about the Medicine wheel/Practitioner program and when it's starting.
Here is the next program with the dates that will take place in Inish Beg estate in West Cork. Anyone interested in doing this whether it's a personal journey or you're looking to train so you can be of service to others please contact us privately.

Couples healing sessions

As i reflect over the last 30/40 years, we as a collective have been looking to enhance our way of living. Be it a spiritual journey in a traditional practice or just improving our health and wellbeing through physical exercise as well as improving our diet. This shift in consciousness has played a huge part in raising our sense of awareness and vibration. In so many ways this is the foundation and basics of healing the past we all carry that influences how we perceive and live our lives.
Times are definitely changing. Over the years I have worked with couples that are experiencing challenges in their relationships. They may have come in together but they always wanted to do the work one to one separately. More recently it was refreshing to have the couple staying and working through things together. The sessions are longer but the level of transparency and support to one another as well giving each other the understanding they deserve has been humbling to facilitate. For two individuals that genuinely want to try and make a relationship work and then to understand that they need to heal their past to do it is not an easy task.
One thing for sure working with couples in this way i look forward to doing more of in the time ahead….

The South class is the foundation workshop in the four directions of the Medicine wheel in the Andean tradition of Shamanism. It's a combination of understanding the basics of energy work, Shamanism and the start of one's own healing journey. Learning the various techniques and ceremonies and applying them to heal traumas and patterns that have shaped your life. It's also where you begin to learn and connect with yourself and all consciousness and how to bring balance to your day to day life and embrace all that life has to offer you.
Although one's focus can be on the individual journey many have discovered it to be a life path and have gone to become practitioners, some part time others full time.
