As we welcome our 2025 graduates, we are proud to highlight the achievements of their Walls graduate colleagues who joined us in recent years.
In various disciplines, they are working in teams, asking questions, learning on the job, taking responsibility, and displaying energy, resilience, and leadership qualities.
In our video we profile Hafsa Alghazi, recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2025 Women in Construction Awards, who, at this early stage in her career development, shows us what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.

To our new graduates: welcome, we can't wait to see how you shape the future!

🧠 Real Heroes Share Their Powers | CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025

In the final episode of our Construction Health & Safety Campaign 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the key lessons from the campaign — reminding us that everyone can be a hero as safety is a shared responsibility, and what truly makes us stronger is each other.

Because real heroes don’t just act — they inspire others to act too.

🚧 Back to Basics — CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025 | 🦺 Every Step Counts

Even superheroes don’t need capes to keep sites safe. 💪

In this episode of our Construction Health & Safety Campaign, we’re focusing on one of the most critical risks on site — Falling from Height.

Because safety isn’t about superpowers — it’s about awareness and taking action before something goes wrong.

Arrive Safe. Work Safe. Leave Safe.

Walls is proud to have hosted the launch of the Nationwide CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025!

The event took place yesterday, the 13th of October, on one of our latest projects — Southwest Gate - by our valued client, O'Flynn Group .

👷‍♂️ Guests from the Construction Industry Federation , Health and Safety Authority, Spinal Injuries Ireland , O'Flynn Group and Walls Construction senior management, as well as national media attended a live safety briefing and “Working at Height” demonstration on best practices for working safely — one of this year’s key CIF risk themes.

👏 Huge thanks to Ken Golden, John Murray, and the site team for preparing the site to perfection, and to the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) and KDM HIRE for the equipment and live demo.

🚧 Back to Basics — CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025

Following the success of its 2024 Critical Risks campaign, the CIF Safety Committee has announced this year’s theme: “Back to Basics.”

Inspired by this, we’re launching a short video series over the next two weeks, with each episode exploring a key element of the theme.

At Walls, we believe leadership in safety is about leading by example, identifying risks before they arise so that everyone goes home safe.

🌍 Celebrating Culture, Connection & Community at Walls 🌍

Last week our head office and sites came alive with colour, flavour, and music as we marked Cultural Week together.
From colleagues sharing their favourite national dishes, proudly wearing traditional clothing, filling our spaces with the sounds of music from around the world, Cultural Week was a celebration of diversity, unity, and belonging.
Our strength lies in our people, and events like these not only celebrate who we are but also bring us closer as one team — learning from, appreciating, and enjoying the cultures that make Walls truly special.

Here’s to building bridges through food, music, and shared experiences! 🎶🍲👕
