A festive moment at Clongriffin, with hot chocolate, mince pies & Christmas lights!

A great way to celebrate collaboration and teamwork as we close out a busy year.
We wish all our valued clients, partners, and employees a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our Christmas Jumper Day on our Clongriffin and Murphystown Way projects brought plenty of colour, fun and festive spirit!

This year, we proudly supported Praxis Clongriffin Day Service which provides dedicated services and a safe, inclusive environment for adults with learning disabilities, while LauraLynn, based on Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18, provides specialist care services to meet the needs of children with life limiting conditions and their families throughout Ireland.

Thank you to everyone who took part and by donating to these worthy local causes.

Winter can be challenging; and the darker days, colder weather and changes to routine can take a toll on our mental health.
At Walls, we’re reminding everyone on site and beyond to check in with themselves and each other.

This Christmas - Check in. Reach out. Look after each other.

Support is always within reach. With thanks to Mental Health Ireland, I Am Here, and the The Lighthouse Charity for the vital support.

🎉 We’re thrilled to share that The Polaris Building at Dublin City University has been recognised as Fit Out Project of the Year – Public Sector at this year’s Fit Out Awards. 🎉

This award is a testament to the collective effort behind the project. Working alongside McKeon Group we delivered a modern, high-performing environment that supports DCU’s vision for learning, research, and innovation.

Our sincere thanks go to Dublin City University for their trust, to the Architects Sheppard Robson and Mullarkey Pedersen Architects for their exceptional design and to all our project partners including Turner & Townsend - Project Manager, JV Tierney & Co. Consulting Engineers and Malone O'Regan - Structural Engineers - whose expertise and commitment were vital in bringing this building to life.

Congratulations to all the award recipients who continue to elevate standards across our industry. 👏

Time flies and it’s almost two years since we became the proud owners of Gowlagh Forest in Co. Cavan. 🌲
Ever since nature is thriving and as of August, our newly created pond habitat has begun to take shape, and over time it will draw even more species to shelter, forage, and flourish. Early-stage cameras installed for ecological surveying have already captured a variety of wildlife moving through the site — including deer and owls, a promising sign of a healthy, evolving ecosystem.
Based on the previous LIDAR survey performed on the forest, it was calculated that 12ha of our forest sequestered 131 tCO2e in 2024. 🌿
We’ll continue to track this year on year, with all sequestration helping to reduce our overall carbon footprint. And as the forest matures, its ability to capture carbon will only increase.
Proud to see our forest not just growing — but making a meaningful impact for nature and climate. 💚

As we welcome our 2025 graduates, we are proud to highlight the achievements of their Walls graduate colleagues who joined us in recent years.
In various disciplines, they are working in teams, asking questions, learning on the job, taking responsibility, and displaying energy, resilience, and leadership qualities.
In our video we profile Hafsa Alghazi, recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2025 Women in Construction Awards, who, at this early stage in her career development, shows us what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.

To our new graduates: welcome, we can't wait to see how you shape the future!

🧠 Real Heroes Share Their Powers | CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025

In the final episode of our Construction Health & Safety Campaign 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the key lessons from the campaign — reminding us that everyone can be a hero as safety is a shared responsibility, and what truly makes us stronger is each other.

Because real heroes don’t just act — they inspire others to act too.

🚧 Back to Basics — CIF Construction Safety Campaign 2025 | 🦺 Every Step Counts

Even superheroes don’t need capes to keep sites safe. 💪

In this episode of our Construction Health & Safety Campaign, we’re focusing on one of the most critical risks on site — Falling from Height.

Because safety isn’t about superpowers — it’s about awareness and taking action before something goes wrong.

Arrive Safe. Work Safe. Leave Safe.

🚒 Rescue Demonstration at Rathborne Wharf

As part of the CIF Health & Safety Campaign 2025, we were proud to host a live rescue demonstration by the Dublin Fire Brigade at our Rathborne Wharf project.
The exercise simulated a rescue from a lift shaft, highlighting how teamwork and preparation can save lives.

A huge thank-you to Sean Gorman, Rory McGrath, Eoin Redmond, and Gary McAuley (IP for the demo), the Rathborne Wharf team, Dave Connolly, and the Fire Services crew from Phibsborough DFB Station for their collaboration and commitment to safety excellence.

Building Our Future Together — Safely.
