✨Dear clients, here is an updated list of all my reflexology services as well as the corresponding prices for 2026.

All treatments are personalized according to every client’s individual needs, following a detailed initial consultation.

I have introduced a ‘Student Special’ discount of €10 for anyone over the age of 16 who wishes to receive a Classic Treatment or one of the Treatments for Pain.

‘Treatments for Pain’ refers to advanced treatments specifically targeting pain such as: Migraine, Inflammation, Stiff Joints, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica, as well as PMS, Perimenopause & Menopause.

The duration of treatments may vary slightly depending on the type of treatment required and on what the client needs on that particular day. The times shown on this list are only indicative.

Two highly informative courses, delivered with the utmost care, compassion and empathy💜 I am adding these to my list of treatments for 2026 and will now start accepting bookings.

Dear Clients,

I wish to take a moment to thank all of you for your support throughout this past year. It has been such an amazing journey and I am so grateful to have shared it with each and every one of you in whichever way you contributed! ❤️

✨I would like to thank particularly Krystle and Paul at Mediterranean Skin Therapy & Laser Clinic Ltd for giving me the opportunity of also offering treatments from their beautiful premises.

I truly look forward to continuing this adventure this coming year! 🌷

I'm so grateful to have completed my advanced training in maternity and post-natal reflexology and will now be accepting bookings for December and January! A big thank you to Majella and Liz from Green Tara Holistic College for their excellent training! It was so informative and detailed. They both passed on a wealth of knowledge gained through decades of experience. I highly recommend them! ✨

🌷How can reflexology help during a pregnancy?

✨Reduces stress and maintains balance internally, creating an ideal environment in which the foetus can grow
✨Helps with back and pelvic pain
✨Reduces oedema
✨Reduces fatigue, bringing a renewed calm and energy
✨Helps with morning sickess, haemorrhoids and constipation
✨Preventative treatment to boost the immune system
✨Contributes towards an easier birth
✨Effective in helping the body prepare for labour by balancing the endocrine system
✨A healthy and content new born
✨It ultimately promotes physical homeostasis and emotional equilibrium, allowing the mother-to-be to enjoy her pregnancy more

🌷How can post-natal reflexology help?

✨Gives the mother strength to cope and enjoy her baby, allowing her body to return to its natural state
✨Contributes towards freely flowing milk as the mother is calm and feels supported
✨Gives an opportunity for bonding time between the mum and baby, with the option of skin-to-skin / breastfeeding sessions during the treatment

Induction treatments are also available for full-term pregnancies, involving techniques to promote induction to labour.
