But survival patterns aren’t healing patterns.
And this is why healing feels uncomfortable.
Because when you start doing it differently,such as setting boundaries, saying no, asking for more, walking away your body might panic. It feels unfamiliar. It feels risky. It feels wrong… even when it’s right.
Discomfort doesn’t always mean you’re making a mistake.
Sometimes it means you’re breaking a cycle.
