Sauna with Strangers ✨

Something a little different 🫶🏻

We’re excited to introduce our 5 week Friday evening event series; Sauna with Strangers.

The idea is everyone comes alone to enjoy an hour long session and a hot moss boss tonic ( )
with the shared aim of meeting new people.
For balance we’ll aim for 4 men 4 women in each session.
It’s an opportunity to make connections and have a chat with like minded souls in the
relaxing warmth of the sauna looking out at the wild Atlantic 🌊
Sign up to your relevant age group on the relevant date and come along and have some fun.

To book in please make sure you book the relevant date according to your age group.

We are delighted to announce we will be running a Wellness Corner at Doolin Folk Fest this year 🙌🏼☀️

13th-15th of June

We will be onsite the Saturday and Sunday running the following wellness sessions:

Sauna Suaimhneas run club is excited to announce that we are collaborating with brooks and local motion in hosting a try on event of their new runners.

This Sunday at 10.30 am in whitestrand by our sauna.
Run the beautiful headland with the new brooks runners followed by a light breakfast by the seaside 🌊🏃‍♂️

Belter of a morning for our first run club!
Run Dip Sauna 🌊🙌🏼

We’ll be heading out again next Saturday morning 9:10am, slow 3 km scenic jog follow by ocean dip and sauna in Whitestrand.
