Our Story

Our story began in January 2016 when Luke was diagnosed with a heart condition called Wolf Parkinson’s White or better known as an irregular heart beat. His recovery took months and as a result of this his diet was key to getting him back in shape and recovering as quickly as possible while still ensuring he received adequate nutrition.

We are both massively into fitness and eating well. We train 5-6 days a week mixing it up with gym sessions, GAA, kick-boxing and running.

Luke was on the path to recovery for months after his heart operation & Evelyn (co-founder) was not long out of college having studied Agri Food Science in UCD. As a result of his operations and recovery it was key he received the best nutrition possible and we found it hard/didn’t have the time to do it ourselves. We looked long and hard in supermarkets for healthy, nutritious meal that we’re actually HEALTHY and couldn’t find anything.

We thought surely there is other people out there like us who are unable to cook a healthy meal or simply don’t have time?

So with a little bit of research, plenty of testing dishes & a little bit of magic we created Simply Fit Food.

We have created a range of healthy, performance based meals for so many people to enjoy!

Our meals aim to pre fuel or post nourish you whether you are too busy to cook healthily or would prefer to focus you time on the more important things in life!

There are so many different types of people that enjoy our healthy meals every single day! 🍴 Single - not bother cooking for one 😏 🍴 Couple - no kids & would rather spent their time on anything other than cooking 💪🏽 🍴 Parents - multitasking by trying to stay healthy while trying to feed the kids at the same time 🍴 Athletes & gym goers who would rather focus their time on training than meal prep. 🏃‍♀️

We’re dedicated to making your life fuller ( excuse the pun😉) by fueling you with the best nutrition on-the-go no matter what your lifestyle. Let’s be real.... ain’t no body got time to be cooking for hours every night
