In our last workshop in November, we spoke about the importance of setting boundaries and truly looking after yourself this Christmas.

This season can be joyful and meaningful, but only if we give ourselves permission to protect our energy and say no to the things that cause stress or overwhelm.

Remember, you don’t have to do everything or meet every expectation. Taking care of yourself first allows you to be fully present and calm for those you love.

So pause, reflect, and ask yourself: what boundary can you set today to protect your peace this Christmas?
