You might’ve noticed the bowl of ice we bring into the sauna… and no, it’s not just for the look of it ❄️♨️
It’s there for you.
Your head is usually the first place to overheat in the sauna. When your scalp, temples or the back of your neck get too hot, your body starts working overtime trying to regulate itself.
So we bring in fresh ice, completely free, for you to:
• Cool the back of your neck
• Press against your temples
• Rub over your head
• Drop onto pressure points
That small bit of cooling helps your body regulate temperature more efficiently, which means you can stay in longer, feel more comfortable, and get more benefit from the heat.
It’s a simple thing, but it makes a big difference.
