I took myself on a date. No headphones. No company.
Just me and sunshine ☀️
It felt special and soulful.
Even in the heart of a busy city. Perhaps more so as it was unexpected….

How often do you treat yourself to alone time?
No inputs from other people or media?
How often do you observe, ask questions out to the open and listen?

We often want changes in our life and we work hard to make that happen.
But what about creating space for a pause?

It’s that pause between doing which brings things to life. Same as silence between notes with creates music.

There is something precious about just being, releasing control and trusting that things fall into place ❤️

Creating a pocket of pleasure for myself on a stormy day 🤩
I remember it took me 7 years after moving to Ireland to stop minding the weather 😂
I used to fight it, obsess about it, allow it to dictate my mood or energy.
It’s funny how quickly we can give our power away to small things outside of ourselves.
And so this little dance with tea is a small reminder that we all carry our joy within us. Wherever we are.

Happy world vegan day! 🎉🥑🥗
When I went vegan almost 13 years ago I had no idea it was about soo much more than saying no to eating anything from animals.
What started as a health journey became an opportunity to grow in compassion for myself, animals, our environment and to all people around.
It was a lifestyle choice which helped me fall in love with cooking, helped me see all the choices nature has for us in colours, flavours and aromas.
It helped me with my health - sensitive gut and autoimmune issues.
Going vegan was about saying yes to me and to what felt aligned - perhaps for the first time in my life despite what others around me thought or wanted me to do.
And it was so much about releasing control and wanting my loved ones to see what I did and allow them to be themselves without any judgement.
And so today I celebrate the free will we all have to choose what we want to do or believe in.
Being a vegan or not, living in alignment and with compassion creates so much joy and love in the world❤️

How to erase a need to impress, perform, to fit a certain norm while doing something you love?

Even when it’s your passion, your dream and you love every bit of it, bypassing conditioning of fitting a certain picture, or rewriting a belief that you’ll be more valued when you perform better, can be hard.

On my own journey I learned that focusing on my heart rather than being in my head, is the answer.
Our ❤️ knows way before our brain does.

And by being in your heart rather than overthinking, you enter space of flow and authentic joy.

My favourite thing about human design is that
It teaches how to listen to our inner body’s wisdom and make decisions from our inner authority instead of our head.
(And I do overthink … like a lot 😊 )

So why to make decisions from our body?
Bcs we’ve outgrown our brain!
We have evolved past it.
Our head will want us to play it safe, just to keep us alive.

But our soul lives inside our body and it doesn’t care about safety.

Our soul wants to be aligned with its purpose.
It wants to breath and feel specious.
It wants to grow.

It doesn’t care about rules and shoulds and norms.
It wants to feel freedom and joy.

I just find this so juicy 😊

What I’ve learnt on my own journey is that seeing needs of other people, feeling into them and multiplying their energies is a second nature for me.
However it often comes at a prize of forgetting about myself and my own energy.
Then I start to feel drained, my body starts to tense up and feelings of bitterness and disconnect flood in.

I used to be confused as I love people, so shouldn’t helping others fill me up?

The problem was I was so much focused on others, I forgot about myself.
I was seeing others for who they can become, their potential and solutions to their hassle, that I got trapped in the grind myself, losing the very gifts projectors have – seeing and guiding others.
And from that state I was no help to anyone.

Then I realized the only way out of this cycle is space.
Creating space for myself to breath.
To empty my opened centres, to see magic in the world from bird’s eye view.
To lighten things up, to play, to discover.

And by creating little bit of distance, I felt free enough to slow down and take a deep breath again.
That’s when magic of being here for my people I’m meant to lead and support, comes back. ✨✨✨

Our Story

Hi, I’m Lenka and I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between our health and lifestyle. That’s what led me to becoming a nurse, earning a degree in Sports Training and to becoming a Nutritional Therapist.

Over the course of my practice, I’ve developed a passion for a whole-food plant-based lifestyle as the easiest way to achieve ideal weight and optimal health. I specialise in helping people include more whole plant foods, so they improve their blood sugar and hormonal balance, cravings, reduce refined sugar and bring inflammation down, so they become free from aches and pains.

I believe that the food you eat has the power to turn your health around despite what genes or life history you have. When you keep taking small steps based on joy, compassion and love, they’ll amount to big results.
