Nathshapes in Manchester 🇬🇧

4 days of intense learning w/

Walked away with a deeper understanding of hair, enhanced technical skills and the ability to think about hair through shapes.

Looking forward to introducing what we learned onto the shop floor and integrating this new philosophy of hair into our barber programs.

On Sunday we held our first 1-day intensive Afro barber program.

Safe to say.. it was a success.

4 barbers walked away with the skills, knowledge and confidence to cut, style and take care of Afro hair.

Master your touch before you chase sharpness.

Tension during scissor work is imperative for clean haircuts.

If your tension changes from section to section, your lengths will shift — and your haircut loses structure.

Correct tension allows every section to line up with the previous one accurately.
