The space that all of us created with our presence and all of the open and honest stories was truly special and I’m very thankful for it.

If you are experiencing symptoms of poor mental health, please remember that northing is wrong with you, you are not alone and there are support systems out there to help you with whatever it is that you are going through.

Here are five ways to well-being - simple actions that you can do everyday to feel good and function well and something that we strive to accomplish in all of our workshops:

Me, myself and I on a solo mission in Glendalough.
The goal was to explore three specific problems I've tried previously a few years ago, but couldn't do.
To my surprise, I did all three of them today! 🐒
They're all very different in style as you can see, and I even pulled out my crack gloves for the jams on the roof! Cheating? I don’t think so…! What a day - so happy, so psyched! ☺️
