U N F O L D I N G 🩷

Deep gratitude for this life, for being here at this important time, attuning to the great unfolding, the quiet emergence of something new, a new paradigm.

There is a shedding happening, a soft releasing. The body feels it. It is creating stillness and signalling to listen.

Slowly opening to the light, like a rose bud gently unfurling, petal by petal. Nothing forced, nothing rushed, a natural expansion guided by something deeper than thought, something deep within the belly, the intuitive centre, the place of truth.

As I soften into it, I sense the subtle pulsation linking my inner world to the depths of nature.

As the chaos gets louder around me, I am experiencing heightened senses of all that is not heard, but only felt.

Hearing not with the ears, but with the body.

Can you hear it too?

Taraxacum officinale 💛

There she is, back in the garden again, one of the most misunderstood plants, so often pulled up and destroyed as a pesky w**d and nothing more. Yet this darling is one of nature’s most abundant offerings.

She is a deeply nourishing bitter herb, supporting the liver and preparing the body for food. Delicious in a salad before meals or dried for tea, she offers gentle daily support for detoxification and overall vitality.

In a world that overlooks what is freely given, dandelion invites us to reconnect, to trust in nature’s wisdom, honour the value of bitters, and remember how lucky we are to have such powerful medicine growing all around us.

The bees and insects love her too.

So maybe this spring, leave her in your garden or at least a little patch, and allow nature to thrive over extractive, disconnected ideas of ‘perfect’ lawns

Do you have a relationship with her? Might you give it a go?! Let me know below 👇

2025 you really were the cherry on top

Just when I thought I had reached the lowest ebb, I was still not quite there and you had one more lesson for me.

Things I’d not considered before, something taken for granted, assuming tomorrow will be intact and our bodies will keep on carrying us like they’ve always done. Until overnight, they don’t.

The profound loss of your health is truly devastating, when your body becomes unrecognisable, unreliable, where you once innately trusted without a moment’s thought, suddenly you’re fractured, cracked wide open between looking at who you are and the vessel that holds you, your body no longer a refuge but a place of uncertainty.

And as if this isn’t enough, you hand your body over, placing your life in the hands of others, the paradox of surrendering control in order to survive, while still trying to keep a firm grip on your destiny.

The brutality of treatment, taking you to the darkest of places, the depths of fear, relentlessly testing your spirit, your nervous system, your courage, your capacity to keep breathing. Stripping of your vitality, identity, momentum, the emptying out of you.

And then the adjustment, the permanent life changes, the reshaping of your existence and reworking of your very soul. A clarity that arrives uninvited and refuses to leave.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Not for any of us. And once you have stared that truth in the face, you cannot unsee it.

2025 I think… I thank you… I am still processing… 🎀

I carry this year in my bones now
Etched into every cell
I am not the same
And I never will be

F O R A G I N G 🌿🍂

✨ September the threshold where summer’s sweetness tips toward autumn’s depth. The hedgerows are glowing and the plants are whispering: gather now, store me, carry me through the darker days ahead.

🌱 Grateful for feeling able to get out and forage this week, before the blooms fade.

🌿 Elder, rosehips, nettle seed, yarrow & hawthorn – each one a guardian for this seasonal shift. The herbs of the turning, the bridge between light and dark, abundance and rest.

🍎 The last flush of the freshest herbs and the first gathering of autumn’s medicine chest. A time of gratitude, of careful storing, of honouring the plants who walk with us into the darker half of the year.

✨ September whispers: harvest wisely, give thanks, and trust that what you gather now will carry you through the turning.

🍂 How are you honouring this shift of season? What’s calling you from the hedgerows?

H E A L I N G 🤍✨

✨ Five full days in the most magical container with these special earth angels ✨

We first met 27 years ago, in the desert, living in a Bedouin village at the foot of Mount Sinai. What began there has blossomed into a lifelong, enduring spiritual friendship, one that has carried us through challenges, distance, new families, loss, grief, and love.

This week, we reunited. We looked deeply into the whites of each other’s eyes, exactly when connection and healing were most needed. Together, we went deep into faith, cleansing, releasing, gathering, and manifesting miracles. We have been held. We have been healed.

Illness may have sparked this realignment, but wellness is what will result. We dreamed and planned what comes after illness — and the future feels so full of light with these magical humans in union with me.

As I move through the final treatment hurdles in the month ahead, I feel deeply blessed to be held by their medicine, love, and care.

This journey has also revealed the extraordinary kindness and support of so many other beloved friends and circles. I am humbled, grateful, and profoundly blessed.

I honour this extraordinary friendship

I am healed 🤍

Amen. ✨🙏

🌿💜 Gentle Strength for the Overwhelmed Heart 💜🌿

Lavender isn’t just a pretty scent or a calming cup of tea. She’s a steady hand on the shoulder, a deep breath in chaos, a floral balm for the frayed edges of your being. ✨

Soft yet strong, she weaves her way into the nervous system like a lullaby — comforting, cooling, and kind. When the world feels too much, lavender says: come home to yourself.

💤 Nervine relaxant – Eases anxiety, tension & overstimulation
🩷 Soothes emotional unrest – Especially grief, fear, or heartbreak
🌸 Gentle sleep support – Without the heaviness of deeper sedatives
🔥 Calms inflammation – Especially where stress is stored in the body
🪻 Balances the mood – Especially for sensitive or empathic souls
💜 Uplifts the spirit – When hope feels far away

Lavender is especially powerful when the nervous system is exhausted yet alert — the kind of wired-tired that comes from holding too much for too long. She doesn’t push or sedate — she invites rest, co-regulates with breath, and reminds us that we don’t have to carry it all.

✨ My favourite ways to work with her:
💧 Lavender hydrosol mist for emotional first aid
🫖 Infusion or tea with lemon balm for daytime calm
🌙 Essential oil in a diffuser or pulse points before sleep
🛁 Bath blend with magnesium & rose petals to unwind
🧘🏽‍♀️ Combined with breathwork, journaling, or sacred rest practices

Lavender whispers: Softness is not weakness. It’s where healing begins.

She’s a true ally for anyone moving through hard news, big emotions, or just trying to make it through the day with grace. 🌿

💜 Have you called on lavender lately? How does she hold you?

✨ You are not here to shrink, to dim, or to be boxed in by fear, prognosis, or expectation

✨ You are here to rise — even when it feels hard, even when your strength looks different than it used to

For anyone facing battles no one else can see...
For the souls carrying news that shook the ground beneath them...
For those that face daily limiting boxes others put you in…

THIS ONE IS FOR YOU

I hear you, I see you, I know it!

“Do not be limited by the boundaries others have set for you.”

Did you need to hear this today? 🌿💛

🌼☀️ Calendula: Sunshine in a Flower, Healing in Every Petal 💛🌿

My skin needs this beautiful healer now more than ever—her soothing, gentle medicine to calm dry, sore skin. Gentle yet powerful, calendula is one of the most versatile healers in herbalism. She brings warmth, movement, and deep restoration—inside and out. ✨

Her energy is like a hug from the sun: bright, cleansing, and full of love.
Calendula is a true herbal multitasker. 🌼

✨ How I love to use her:
💧 Infused oil for skin healing & massage
🌿 Tea to support lymph, gut & immune health
🌼 Tincture for gentle detox + mood support
🧴 Salves & creams for cuts, bites, scars & rashes

Calendula reminds us that healing doesn’t have to be harsh.
It can be soft. It can be slow. It can come with golden petals and the smell of summer. ☀️💫

Do you grow calendula or work with her medicine?
She’s truly one of the herbal world’s greatest gifts. 🌿
