When answering life's difficult questions, it's important to call on love! 💗

What if we did actually ask ourselves, "What would love do?" in all of the important areas of our lives, especially the most challenging ones? I bet that would dramatically alter not only how we relate to those people and circumstances, but also would alter what we did and said and ultimately how we felt.

Being authentic and being appreciative, and just about anything else we aspire to in life, are all about love—of ourselves, of others and of life itself. Love is the most powerful force in the universe ❤️🪐✨

These days, so many of us are ripe with opportunities to practice asking ourselves the bold question, "What would love do?"

Give it a try …

🧐Pick a challenging or difficult aspect of your life right now. What's going on and how do you feel about this situation or relationship?

❓Ask yourself, "What would love do?" This may be an easy or difficult question for you to ask yourself about this specific situation or relationship. asking yourself this empowering question will almost surely give you deeper awareness and insight for what you could do if you allowed love to lead the way.

🕺🏾Take bold and loving action, based on your answer to this question. Allow yourself to ponder and consider this question long enough that you really feel it in your bones. The paradox here is that it's not so much about what you do; it's more about where it comes from. If it truly comes from a deep place of love within you, you'll know it, feel it and it will be the right thing to do. Trust yourself and your heart—and then be willing to take the risk and put yourself out there.

If we're courageous enough to ask, to truly listen to the answers we receive and to act on them from a place of real love, compassion and truth, we will have the opportunity to transform our lives and relationships in a real and profound way. Let's do it...with love!

VULNERABILITY is the driving force of connection. It’s brave. It’s tender. It’s impossible to connect without it.
But we’ve turned it into a weakness.

We’ve made ourselves ‘strong’. We’ve toughened up, hardened up and protected ourselves from being hurt. We’ve protected ourselves from vulnerability and disallowed the surrender. Here’s the problem. When we close down our vulnerability we are shielded from hurt, but we are also shielded from love, intimacy and connection. They come to us through the same door. When we close it to one, we close it to all.

Vulnerability is openness to experiences, people and uncertainty. It’s terrifying at times, and brave always.

So ask yourself … am I living with an open heart? ❤️ Am I allowing myself to be seen? 👀 If not, why? There’s too much to lose by keeping your guard up!

Big love,
Neasa 💕

I AM ABSOLUTELY BUZZING to introduce you all to one of the most significant coaches I have had the pleasure to work with...the magnificent spiritual coach Laina Orlando.
I met Laina at a time in my life when I was so unhappy. I seemed to have it all... gorgeous husband who doted on me, loving daughter, successful career, beautiful home, nice car, great friends but yet I was desperately unhappy and just couldn't figure out why.

Things were going from bad to worse ..my marriage was falling apart, I was unfulfilled in work and I felt like I had lost myself. Like I didn't even know who I was anymore. Who was I?? I tried a few different therapists but I wasn't finding it very helpful. Eventually I went on medication for crippling anxiety and depression. I was desperate to find joy and I was on a search... I knew there was a deeper meaning to life and my soul had a purpose that I just wasn't living.

Then Laina comes into my life like an angel 😇 I started studying A Course In Miracles with her weekly in a study group (shout out to all my ACIM buddies!) Then I went on to do 1:1 coaching with her and numerous retreats and workshops which I have to say completely transformed my life.

The teachings of ACIM are about choosing soul over ego and living from a place of love rather than fear. It's a difficult book to get your head around alone (still is for me) but with Laina's clear understanding of the text and of TRUTH I was able to understand and then began to live my life in this way. My life changed dramatically as a result of studying ACIM and my coaching with Laina. She is still a mentor to me and one of my dearest friends.

On Monday 13th September Laina and I will go live to discuss all things Ego/Soul, Love/Fear, A Course in Miracles and we'll open up about our own journeys - can't wait for you to meet her!!

Put a reminder on your phone and join us at 7.30pm Mon 13th Sep right here on IG Live.

Big Love,
Neasa

RAISE YOUR VIBRATION to live a more peaceful, loving, life, and help those around you do the same. Here’s some ways how:

🧠Become mindful of your thoughts. Everything you think, say or feel becomes your reality. Every single thought that comes into your head has an impact on you.

👯‍♂️Be conscious of your environment. Be conscious of people you are spending your time with. Are you in toxic environments or around negative people who bring you down? As soon as you become aware of your surroundings and their energies, you have the power to change them.

🍃 Spend time in nature. Walk barefoot, spend time with animals, and move your body outside. Nature has a very high vibration.

🙏Gratitude. Whatever you have, be grateful for it. Being grateful allows you to raise your vibration and attract even better things into your life.

🎁 Practice acts of kindness. Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough" or "Woe is me", to "I have more than enough to give to others.” Abundance is a high vibration. In the same vein, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts you at a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.

❤️Love yourself. There is an African proverb that reads: “When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm.” Accept your worst self just as you accept your best self, and you will learn to love yourself. When you love yourself, and completely accept yourself, you begin to love and accept others as they are as well. This, in turn, allows you to let go of negative emotions such as jealousy, resentment, hatred, anger, and manipulation.

🍉 Fuel your body right. An abundance of energy, mental clarity, and inner peace, all start with what we put into our bodies. The foods that we eat affect us on a mental, physical and mental level.

🏃‍♂️Get your blood pumping Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibrations move. So Get Active! Dance! The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.

Keep doing the work 💪
Big love,
Neasa 💕

As upsetting and challenging as triggers can be, it can help to remember that they are one of the body’s ways of pointing us toward our own healing and wholeness. And every one of us has them. Similar triggers happen to all of us; they are simply part of life.

A trigger is any word, person, event, or experience that touches off an immediate emotional reaction.
When we’re triggered, our bodies engage the survival response: fighting, fleeing, or freezing. Our hearts might race; we break into a sweat; we go cold. The sympathetic nervous system is activated to save us from perceived harm.

But they can lead us to healing, too. They can point us to where we have personal work to do. When a trigger accomplishes that nudge toward self-reflection, it can be a true boon.

Here are some tools to help us navigate through and learn from our triggers.

⭐️Recognise that you are having a strong emotional response and if possible do something to bring yourself back to the present moment i.e take a couple of deep breaths, splash cold water on your face, step away for a moment
⭐️Name it - what was the word, person, event, or experience EXACTLY - try to whittle it down to one word if possible.
⭐️Take responsibility for your response - Accept yourself as powerful instead of as victim. You cannot control how someone acts toward you but you can control your response
⭐️Communicate - When someone else’s actions trigger your emotions, opening up may help you avoid a similar situation with them in the future.Take a minute to find your calm and then try using I-statements and other healthy communication skills to address the situation.
⭐️Get curious - when we are triggered by another's actions, personality traits or emotions it can often be because those are things we don't like about ourselves and have hidden or denied them. It can be very helpful to get curious so that we can heal. It can help us to look at the situation or person in a whole new light.

I hope this is helpful and I am so proud of all the brave souls who take responsibility for their healing and choose to live consciously. This work is simple but it is not easy.

Big Love,
Neasa 💕

'Without dreams and goals, there is no living, only merely existing, and that is not why we are here' - Mark Twain

Do you want to exist or do you want to live?

September, for me, is an exciting time for setting goals and intentions and taking real action leading up to the dark winter months.

I’ve had an amazing summer filled with fun, laughter, adventures, travel, fabulous food and many drinks and now it’s time to get down to business.

I am someone who historically hasn’t done great in the cold and dark winter months and so I make sure I’m in the best place possible physically and mentally before she kicks in.

Over the last couple of days I took some time to assess where I’m at, where I would like to be and what changes I need to make and actions I need to take to get there. Here are some tips to help you realize and achieve your goals.

⭐️ Write them down! Did you know that studies show that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals and dreams, simply by writing them down and revising them every day? Make a commitment to yourself to repeat them EVERY morning and evening

⭐️Construct affirmations (I AM statements that align with your desires)
I am fit and healthy
I am open to love
I am a frickin rockstar (you get the drill! - be specific)

⭐️Say them out loud (better again look in the mirror while saying them)

⭐️Set aside time each day to visualize and embody how it feels and looks like to achieve them

What are your goals and dreams for the coming months? Do you feel excited and confident that you will achieve them? Is there something standing in your way or blocking you? If so, what is it? Would love to hear💕👇😘

.. so glad every single one of you was born!!!! 💗💗Tag someone who needs to hear this today 👇

When you do your inner work….not only are you enriching and healing your own life but the lives of everyone you touch. Your beloved, your friends and family, work colleagues, your community…. Everyone benefits from your healing.

This is how we change the world, by changing ourselves.

Commit to your inner work and watch, not only your life transform, but the lives of everyone you touch 💗💗💗

Please take a moment to acknowledge yourself for the work you’ve done, how far you’ve come and your commitment to continue even when it’s hard

This work isn’t easy … If it was then everyone would do it (and they don’t) So I would like to acknowledge you, I see you 👀, I love you 💕 Keep going…. You are making a real difference!! 💪💯✊❤️

I know it’s not easy to connect the dots when we’re going through it... myself and my daughter who’s now 21 had what seemed like a really tough couple of years in the States after my divorce. I was heartbroken, lost my job, was broke… We literally lived on boiled eggs for a year!! Our world has been turned upside down. We couldn’t wait for things to “get better” And now, we look back on those years with such fond memories. That time brought us so close together. We were and still are an indestructible force. We never would have got that close if we didn’t go through that time. And here we are still learning and growing and what seemed like the worst time, we now know was one of the best times of our lives!!

Keep your chin up and trust that everything is okay, right now, exactly how it is. Because IT IS!

Try and be present and enjoy the moment you’re in right now… you never know you may too look back and realize it was one of the best times for you too.

Big love,
Neasa 💕
