Kathy O'Meara founded PowerDown Therapy, a holistic health practice in Westmanstown, Dublin 15. The lovely Kathy holds qualifications as an Advanced Lymphoedema Therapist and practices Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Level 3 Advanced and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT). She is also a reflexologist, yoga teacher, a sports therapist, and a Level 4 specialist exercise trainer in cancer (CanRehab) and cardiac rehabilitation (BACPR).

Power Down Therapy offers many different healing therapies, and now it also offers DEEP OSCILLATION® electrostatic field therapy, which you all now know (;-) is a gentle, painless, and relaxing therapy that has been demonstrated to be effective in more than 90 + clinical studies.
