Starting Monday 22nd September for 9 weeks We will work on strength flexibility and relaxation to help you feel more confident in yourself and your practice 🙏 Beginners & intermediate welcome 🩷 every pose can be modified to suit your needs.

We have a very special event to honor the next phase of the Celtic Wheel Lughnasa 🌾👨‍🌾🌅

The Yoga Clann and are teaming up to celebrate and mark the beginning of the harvest season🌽🔥🧡

We will have breathwork, movement, ritual, fire ceremony, and a cleansing sweat in the sauna to help us welcome and honor the harvest time and fruits of our labor as we spiral into this new phase 🌀
