I noticed this week how often I push myself by comparing today to past versions of me.

💞Different seasons.
💞Different bodies.
💞Different lives.
😥No compassion.

So I’m practising something braver:
meeting myself here — with grace, not pressure.

That uneasy “fraud” feeling doesn’t usually mean you’re inauthentic.
More often, it means you’ve been living away from yourself for a while.

💞 Sometimes alignment asks us to begin again — not from scratch,
but from experience.

After a months of quiet, reflection, and recovery,
I’ve returned to clinical medicine 🩺

It wasn’t a career move — it was a soul move.

😌 A reminder of why I started this work:
to make a difference, to connect, to bring mindfulness into every interaction.

😍 And rather than taking away from my coaching practice,
I believe it deepens it — giving me new perspective, renewed empathy,
and a fuller understanding of the women I serve.

My take:
Life doesn’t happen in the rush. It happens in the moment you’re in right now.
Every breath, every step, every pause is a chance to come back to yourself and live with intention.
