Few months back I had the privilege of working with a young client who had lived since very early age having a Phobia for Spiders.
It may sound small to some, but for her it meant avoiding simple joys—like peaceful spending Quiet time in the Garden by herself, would make her panic, when in Reality moments like should be full of joy .
✨ After just one therapy session, something powerful shifted.
