With end-of-year assignments & exams approaching soon, don't forget to look after yourself!

Here are some suggestions for when you're feeling overwhelmed:
- go for a walk
- dance/sing in your room
- stay hydrated and try to eat well
- pop on a face mask and watch an episode of your fave show! (breaks are important!)
- call up one of your friends and have a catch up
- do some meditation
- exercise/stretches, even a little can help
- have a cup of tea and just breathe for a bit
- take a warm shower! moisturise!
- take a nap
- treat yourself to something nice for all your hardwork!!

If things have been very hard for you and you're finding it difficult to manage, don't forget you can contact the free counselling service in UCD, your module co-ordinators, the chaplaincy etc. and they'll be able to help and advise you :)

We're afraid that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Table Quiz will be postponed for one week. We're deeply sorry about the delay, and we hope we can see you all at 19:30, on the 25th, for the event.
