Dean Morelli PT Weight Loss, Coaching, Personal Training, Program Design It's never an easy road, but thanks to Barry I was able to turn my life around.

Being 22 stone at the age of 26 wasn't how I had planned my life to play out..depressed,miserable and feeling utterly horrible about myself I gave in..a cliche but the person looking in the mirror wasn't the person i associated with myself. It was time for a change, I decided to seek the help of a personal trainer (Barry Martin), after a short meeting I understood the difficulties ahead of me. No less than 6 months later I was down to my goal weight and well on my way to the person I always wanted to look like..I was finally me. I'm now 29 and have been able to keep the weight off, not only that, I've spent the last 2 years studying the craft, I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and I've a diploma in Advanced Sport Nutrition/ Sport Nutrition Consultation. All of the above are EQF/EHFA/ITEC certifications.
