perfecting a movement when starting off in the gym is extremely important.

Never lift more than you can handle, this will result in loss of contraction, form and overall muscle stimulation.

Moving a weight from A-B without any conscious effort to contract will in the long run hinder results.

Stimulation not annialation, leave them egos at home πŸ€“

We can't stress enough the importance of meal prep, getting your food organised should be number one on the list of priorities when it comes to training. Optimising nutrition will lead to optimal results.

Of course there will be days where you are unorganised and you have let your meal prep slip, it's expected, you're only human! As I said before if your new to the gym take it slow introducing these steps into your lifestyle as all of them at once can be a big task making it more difficult and making you more likely to give in!

It's combining small changes to your lifestyle that make a large difference in the long run.

Get good at incorporating one of these things into your daily life at a time until your used to it and then move onto the next, give it a few months and watch your results excel and your quality of flourish!

Shopping on a weekly basis with the right foods can lead to incredible . Whatever is in our we WILL eventually eat so keeping the food healthy while you shop is always essential.

Walking uphill can often be the better option for a person lookin specificaly for fat loss and especially for a person carrying more weight or with a history of joint issues in either the ankle or knee!

We can burn just about the same amount of calories and in my opinion it is a lot easier to sustain for longer periods of time, have a read!
