In partnership with some of the leading manufacturers from across the world, Cruinn Diagnostics Limited quickly established itself as one of Ireland's leading distributors of Laboratory supplies and equipment to the Clinical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, University and Research industries. More recently CruinnCal was set up as a division of Cruinn Diagnostics Limited to provide a range of Calibraton and Testing services to our growing customer base. In February 2011 Cruinn Diagnostics Limited was awarded accreditation by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) to undertake Calibration and Testing, as detailed in the Schedules bearing the Registration Numbers 279C and 281T, in compliance with the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 2nd Edition, "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories". In addition to our accredited services we can also provide calibration and testing services that are not covered under the above Schedules. Our product portfolio covers a wide range of Diagnostics including Microbiology, AutoImmune Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, with the recent introduction of Real Time Molecular Diagnostics. Other product lines include Blood Collection Systems, POC, Medical Devices, Liquid handling consumables and Instrumentation/Automation, Healthcare IT Systems, Consumables and Calibration/Validation Services. Sales support is provided by a dedicated team of professionals who provide full account management for the customer. Our Sales Team provide a direct line of communication back to Cruinn Diagnostics Limited so that customers’ requirements and expectations are realised. The Sales Team is supported by a dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives. Our customer support team are always available to take your call and deal with any enquiries that you have. This group manages a comprehensive order processing system where all orders are processed on the day of receipt. Cruinn Diagnostics Limited also provides dedicated product support specialist teams for each product group, and their aim is to keep the customer informed of new product releases, new technologies and provide support to the customer using extensive product knowledge at customer site locations. Extensive training is also provided by Cruinn Diagnostics Limited which help to implement new and emerging technologies in the various product portfolios. Cruinn Diagnostics Limited is certified to ISO9001:2000. Products designed for clinical market are supplied in accordance with the European IVD Directive and carry the CE mark. Cruinn Medical was established in 2015 with the aim of providing top quality niche products to the loyal existing customers of Cruinn as well as being able to broaden the Group’s customer base by establishing itself in new markets. We intend to lead Ireland's market with innovative, top quality medical supplies and equipment for various sectors including Radiology, Oncology, Pharmacy ACU, Cardiology, Coagulation, Blood Gas, Cardiac Biomarkers and OBS & Gynae.
